Delivery Information

  • Hand Delivery available in the local Los Angeles area only.
  • Phone number of recipient is required.
  • We contact them first to confirm the correct address and then co-ordinate a delivery time.
  • We will not leave a gift unless you or the recipient specifically tell us where it can be left (i.e., on porch, with neighbor, etc.).
  • If you or the recipient give us the OK to leave a gift without a signature, we are not liable if stolen or damaged.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery if the address provided to us is incomplete or incorrect.
  • Additional charges will be applied for re-deliveries.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 noon PST Monday – Friday are usually available for delivery the same day.*
  • We will try to accommodate orders placed after 12 Noon PST Monday – Friday requiring same day* delivery however, a rush fee may apply.
  • Saturdays and Sundays are not standard delivery days but can be arranged for an additional fee.
  • Charges may be higher for multiple gifts or further distances.

Shipping Information

  • We ship Worldwide via UPS. We can also ship using your UPS or Fedex account number.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes – Please provide actual street address.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery if the address provided to us is incomplete or incorrect.
  • Additional charges will be applied for re-shipments.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 noon PST Monday – Friday are usually available for shipping the same day.*
  • We will try to accommodate orders placed after 12 Noon PST Monday – Friday requiring same day* shipping however, a rush fee may apply.
