Delivery Information
- Hand Delivery available in the local Los Angeles area only.
- Phone number of recipient is required.
- We contact them first to confirm the correct address and then co-ordinate a delivery time.
- We will not leave a gift unless you or the recipient specifically tell us where it can be left (i.e., on porch, with neighbor, etc.).
- If you or the recipient give us the OK to leave a gift without a signature, we are not liable if stolen or damaged.
- We cannot guarantee delivery if the address provided to us is incomplete or incorrect.
- Additional charges will be applied for re-deliveries.
- Orders placed before 12:00 noon PST Monday – Thursday are usually available for delivery the same day.*
- We will try to accommodate orders placed after 12 Noon PST Monday – Thursday requiring same day* delivery however, a rush fee may apply.
- Saturdays and Sundays are not standard delivery days but can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Charges may be higher for multiple gifts or further distances.
Shipping Information
- We ship Nationwide via UPS. We can also ship using your UPS or Fedex account number.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes – Please provide actual street address.
- We cannot guarantee delivery if the address provided to us is incomplete or incorrect.
- Additional charges will be applied for re-shipments.
- All shipments are sent with NO signature required unless you specify otherwise. UPS and Fedex will use their discretion if they feel it is safe to leave. We are not liable if stolen or damaged.
